This lot from El Diamente is fresh and tropical, more fruited than a typical Guatemalan coffee... which is always something we're on the hunt for when sourcing outstanding Guatemalan coffees for our program.
Our brews show a medium clean body, a shimmering acidity, and flavor notes of ripe pineapple, cherry, and jasmine florals.
