Nguisse Nare’s farm “Setame” sits atop a ridge in Bombe at a towering 2,300 meters above sea level. He specializes in natural and anaerobic coffee production, utilizing his own cherries as well as a selection from around sixty of his neighbors. Nguisse bought this farm four years ago with a strict focus on quality. He floats all cherries before drying them slowly on raised beds over twenty days.
The resulting cup is a fruit bomb of a coffee. Loaded with blackberry, blueberry, and citrus.
