Their coffee plants are surrounded by plantanos, avodcado, and cedar tress, whcih provide natural shade and fertilization for the coffees that grow underneath. This, in conjucntion with access to their own additional water source, allows Finca Higueron to create a fantastic environement for speciatly coffees to thrive from the soil up.
This cup is is a special one for us, as we love the Sidra variety of coffees.
In the cup we taste elegant flavors of rose, berries, and crisp apples.
