Perimeter is our espresso blend geared directly at milk-based drinks, and is our best selling coffee. 

This blend represents the furthest edge we're willing to take a coffee in the roaster in order to emphasizes depth and richness in the coffees without crossing over into overly smoky and bitter territory. The result is a chocolate bomb of an espresso, great in lattes and milk based drinks.  Expect rich dark chocolate, viscous body, and a lower acidity than other offerings in our program. 

In our cafe, we served Perimeter in any milk-based espresso drink 12oz and larger. 

Any coffee can be brewed as espresso and drip, and Perimeter is no exception. If you're here to brew Perimeter as drip, expect a hefty cup with flavors of dark chocolate and nut.
