Symmetry is our modern flagship espresso blend, built all around the idea of balance. Chocolates and richness are in equal harmony with acidity and sweetness; crafting a syrupy shot of chocolates and juicy fruits.

Our aim for Symmetry is an espresso that highlights clarity and flavor expression, best served as straight espresso, in Americanos, or milk drinks smaller than 12 oz. 

Symmetry  can also brew as a delicious as a filter coffee, for those that prefer a cup with more structured chocolate tones than our Volume series but still want to keep some fruit in the mix.
